Job summary

NCIC is recruiting a part-time Radiology Admin/Reception role based at Carlisle, supporting Cumberland Infirmary and West Cumberland Hospital, plus community sites. You will provide a friendly, efficient appointment and reception service, greet patients, handle health records, and manage data entry across multiple systems.

The post involves 23 hours per week on rota shifts (08:00–20:00) and may include job-sharing.

Qualifications

• Effective communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to work without direct supervision and as part of a team.
• Experience handling health records and data entry in an admin setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide an efficient appointment and reception service, greet patients and answer enquiries.
• Handle health records and data entry across patient record systems.
• Carry out associated administrative duties within the Radiology department.
