Job summary

JDR Recruitment is recruiting an experienced Part-Time Project & Operations Coordinator for an established manufacturing and engineering company in Swansea.

This role supports the Operations Manager with day-to-day project organisation, customer deliveries and site coordination. You will learn company processes and gradually manage your own workload coordinating projects from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination or similar roles.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient with MS Outlook/Excel/Teams and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Organise customer deliveries and keep customers updated.
• Liaise with customers on delivery dates and site requirements.
• Prepare and chase site information and paperwork.
• Maintain CRM records and project documentation.
• Support Operations Manager with day-to-day coordination.
