Operose Health Ltd is seeking a Practice Nurse for Park Surgery in Horsham. This permanent role is 21.5 hours per week, with a salary up to £48,000 depending on experience.

You will work with the general practice team to deliver high-quality primary care and improve patient access and outcomes. The ideal candidate is UK registered with post-registration experience, including cervical cytology and baby immunisations, and a good knowledge of the Quality Outcomes Framework.

Qualifications

• UK registered nurse with post-registration experience.
• Experience in cervical cytology and baby immunisations.
• Good knowledge of the Quality Outcomes Framework.

Responsibilities

• Assist the registered manager with CQC outcomes and ensure compliance.
• Work with the practice team to meet patient needs and provide care and chronic disease management.
