Job summary

Operose Health is seeking a Practice Nurse at Park Surgery, Horsham. This part-time role provides 21.5 hours per week with a salary up to £48,000 depending on experience and qualifications.

Join a large-scale primary care provider delivering care at scale and focusing on access, outcomes and patient experience. You will work with a multidisciplinary team, support CQC compliance, provide patient care, chronic disease management and immunisations.

Qualifications

• UK registered nurse with significant post registration experience.
• Experience in cervical cytology and baby immunisations.
• Must have a good knowledge on quality outcomes framework.

Responsibilities

• Assist the registered manager with duties related to CQC outcomes and ensure compliance while supporting the general practice team.
• Provide care for presenting patients, treatment, chronic disease management and evaluation of care.
