Moreton Group Practice is seeking an experienced nurse to join our team on a part-time basis (16 hours per week, two days). The role is based across our central Moreton site, with duties spanning two local sites.

You will provide patient care, take histories, perform clinical assessments and manage chronic conditions such as asthma, COPD and diabetes, including spirometry. You’ll work with GPs, ANPs, the nursing team and PCN services, and support student placements while using EMIS and Arden

Responsabilités

• Provide care for the presenting patient, take care history, perform clinical assessments and evaluate care.
• Support and manage chronic conditions such as asthma, COPD and diabetic reviews; conduct spirometry.
• Assist with cervical smears, immunisations and other duties within the nursing remit.
• Collaborate with GPs, ANPs, nursing team and PCN services across the community.
• Support student nurses and liaise with universities for clinical placements.
• Utilise EMIS and Arden templates to help achieve high QOF results.
