Job summary

Queens Medical Centre is recruiting a Practice Nurse to work 37.5 hours per week across the main site with occasional travel to our branch at Lynton Health Centre.

The role supports chronic disease management, minor ailments, immunisations and health education, collaborating with GPs, ANPs and HCAs to deliver high‑quality patient care and maintain up‑to‑date clinical standards under the Nurse Lead / Director of Nursing.

Qualifications

• Experience in primary care nursing and immunisation delivery.
• Proven ability in chronic disease management.
• Ability to educate patients on health and wellbeing.
• Comfort working in a multidisciplinary team with GPs, ANPs and HCAs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical procedures and manage patient follow-ups.
• Support infection prevention control practices.
• Work under Nurse Lead / Director of Nursing supervision.
• Participate in health promotion initiatives.
