Job summary

Virgin Active in London seeks a part-time Personal Training Manager to align in-club product offerings with member needs. You will drive the PT program, oversee weekly plans, recruit trainers, and collaborate with GM, Product, and Membership to optimize promotions and SOPs.

Qualifications

• PT Level 3/4 qualification or CIMSPA equivalent.
• Proven ability to grow personal training penetration and revenue.
• Strong focus on member journeys and retention.

Responsibilities

• Own the Personal Training weekly plan with actions, targets and reviews.
• Drive PT penetration, DD uptake and revenue through new client acquisition.
• Deliver exceptional member journeys, elevate session quality and trials, ensure smooth onboarding.
• Recruit, develop and retain top PT talent, deliver 12-week onboarding and mentoring.
• Build a high-performance culture with regular reviews and recognition.
• Use data and dashboards to drive actions across penetration, productivity, bookings and churn.
