• Offer encouragement and practical assistance to promote independence and confidence in community settings.
• Assist with planning outings and travel arrangements where required.
• Provide companionship and social support in a respectful and professional manner.
• Ensure safety and wellbeing during outings and activities.
• Maintain dignity, privacy, and confidentiality at all times.
