Ceredigion County Council Direct Payment Support Service in Capel Bangor is seeking a Personal Assistant to provide practical and supportive help for independent access to the local community, social activities, and places of interest.

The role focuses on promoting confidence, inclusion, wellbeing and meaningful participation, with duties including accompanying attendance on the high street, groups, church services, outings, and providing companionship and safeguarding throughout outings.

• Assist with planning outings and travel arrangements where required.
• Provide companionship and social support in a respectful and professional manner.
• Ensure safety and wellbeing during outings and activities.
• Maintain dignity, privacy, and confidentiality at all times.
