Join our Human Resources team as a Payroll & pensions Assistant, and play a key role in delivering an accurate, efficient and high-quality payroll and pensions service to more than 2,200 employees across Bath Spa University.
Working alongside experienced payroll and HR professionals, you'll provide specialist advice and support, contribute to service improvements, and help ensure colleagues are paid correctly and on time.
In addition to payroll and pensions administration, the team supports system configuration, process improvement, project delivery and regulatory compliance.
Working closely with colleagues across HR, Enterprise IT and the payroll provider, the team is are committed to delivering an efficient, high-quality service.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, helping to deliver an excellent payroll and pensions service while contributing to continuous improvement and an outstanding employee experience.
This is a permanent, part-time role working 18.5 hours per week (0.5 FTE). This is a hybrid role with 1-2 days per week in the office, depending on the agreed working pattern. The working pattern for this role is flexible and will be agreed with the successful candidate, subject to maintaining adequate service cover throughout the week.
