We are looking for a Patient Administrator to join our Nottingham site. This will be a part-time role of 20 hours per week.
Asyou’dguess from the title this role involves carrying out different administrative duties; it’sa varied role. You could be booking patients into their appointments and checking them in, welcoming patients at reception, makingand answering phone calls, sending and replying to emails, managing thepostand sending letters or dealing with enquiries.
Our clinics are busy sowe’relooking for someone who loves working in a fast-paced environment where every day is different.
We need someone who is incredibly customer-focused and enjoys meeting and talking to people – the thought of eye surgery can be a daunting prospect for patients, so all our team members need to beempathetic, friendly,and able to put patients at ease.
