Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to business customers to discuss outstanding debt.
• Understand customer circumstances and support debt collection.
• Build positive rapport and maintain professional relationships during conversations.
• Handle sensitive conversations confidently and professionally.
• Send emails and correspondence; follow up as required.
• Update and maintain accurate customer information in the internal database.
• Manage customer queries and work toward positive resolutions.
• Collaborate with the wider team to manage customer accounts.
