About the role

The Part Time Operations Manager will be responsible and accountable to the CEO for implementing and developing the centre and charity, leading operational staff to achieve strategic goals. You will collaborate with stakeholders to shape the organisation's future and ensure operations align with the needs of tenants and clients. A key part of this role is developing strategic goals to establish the organisation as a community asset.

Responsibilities include:

• Project Management - planning, reporting, managing, and delivering projects
• Centre Operations - planning and scheduling maintenance, forming partnerships, liaising with tenants, and managing budgets
• Charity Operations - collaborating with others, leading process implementation, supporting HR with recruitment, and ensuring risk management
