Store Manager - Chingford
Location: The Co-operative Food, 1-13 Station Road, Chingford, E4 7BJ
Salary: £38,000 - £45,000 per annum plus benefits
Contract: Permanent

We’re seeking a skilled Store Manager to lead our retail team. This full-time role offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits.

As a Store Manager, you will:

  1. Lead the store's commercial and community strategies.
  2. Manage and develop your team to provide excellent customer service.
  3. Ensure store safety, legality, and operational standards.
  4. Optimize store performance, recruit staff, and oversee HR processes.
