The Events & Groups Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of all events and group bookings at Corinthia London. This includes managing the operational aspects of events from start to finish, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service, and maintaining a seamless experience for clients and guests.
The Manager will work closely with clients, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure all event requirements are met and that each event exceeds guest expectations. As a key team member, the Events & Groups Operations Manager is expected to lead by example, be proactive in solving problems, and uphold high standards of service excellence.
