Job description

Job Title: Office Manager / Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager / Administrator for a tech company based in Knutsford, due to the promotion of the current Office Manager.

Work Schedule:

Hybrid - Tuesday and Wednesday in the office

Salary and Benefits:

FTE salary: £30,000 - Actual salary: £18,000

Excellent benefits including 25 days holiday (pro-rata), healthcare, flexible hours, and pension.

Responsibilities:
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the office
  • Booking meetings and preparing for them
  • Ordering stationery and office supplies
  • Maintaining health and safety records
  • Ensuring insurances and certificates are up to date
  • Handling daily finance duties such as processing invoices
  • Managing payroll
  • Performing ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed
Candidate Requirements:
  • Previous experience managing an office or in a senior administrative role
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to undertake various duties
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Good communication skills via phone and email

Note: There is some flexibility in the working pattern, but we require someone who can commit to hours spread across 5 days.
