Rate:29,469 per annum
Are you someone with great administrative and office management skills, and an eye for detail? As Office Manager, you’ll provide administrative support to ensure our home runs smoothly for everyone.

About the role
Our Office Managersprovide administrative support, including drafting letters, maintaining financial records, managing filing systems and organising appointments.
No two days will ever be the same, but your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
maintaining accurate financial records and our purchase ordering/sales ledger system
effective management of budgetary controls
completing staff records, including attendance and holiday records
processing payrollinformation
being the first point of contact for colleagues, the people we support and our visitors
overseeing the home’s general enquiries
promoting choice, dignity and independence.

Above all, you’re someone who identifies with our values of fun, integrity, responsiveness, success and teamwork.
You’ll also have:
experience of working in administration or office management
keen attention to detail
the ability to work to deadline
an approachable and friendly personality
excellent written and verbal communication skills
good working IT knowledge and digital skills.
To apply for this role, you’ll need a relevant qualification, such as Information Technology or Business Administration at NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
If you haven’t worked in the care sector before, we’ll help you feel right at home from the start with our induction, buddy, and ongoing training programmes.

Dave moved to Willowbeck following a ski accident, which resulted in a brain stem stroke, leaving him with severe physical difficulties diagnosed as locked-in syndrome. As well as building up his mobility, he's the home's Service User Ambassador.
"I love being a Service User Ambassador! I enjoy feeling like I contribute to the community I live in, and towards the health and wellbeing of others."
The Nurses at Willowbeck have been a huge part of Dave's journey, and message of thanks echo that.

With support from the team at Quarryfields, she also attends DICE Enterprise - a non-profit organisation that runs activities and events for disabled people - twice a week.
It was there her journey led her to finding her perfect match, her fiancé, Jacob.
From hospital appointments to finding love, the Nurses at Quarryfields have been with her every step of the way!

26 staff and residents walked eight miles to Hollingworth Lake and back raising over £1000 for the Huntington's Disease Association

There are limited parking spaces in the home’s car park. Street parking is available nearby.
The home is a short walk fromSeftonRoad (stop G) bus stop, which is accessed by buses 36, 102 and 214.
There's also a train station in the local area.
Fazakerley - 0.5miles away (11 minute walk).
