Freshfields Nursery, part of the Family First Group, is seeking a Front of House Manager to deliver a welcoming, professional reception and support daily nursery operations. You will greet families, manage inquiries, maintain records, and assist with reports while ensuring smooth administration and occupancy targets.

The role offers part-time hours (20 per week, Monday to Thursday) on site with benefits including holiday, childcare discounts, and DBS coverage.

Qualifikationen

• Experience using database management systems.
• Strong administration and organisational skills.
• Ability to produce accurate reports and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Previous experience in a nursery, school or childcare environment.
• Experience in a front-of-house, reception or office management role.

• Welcome families and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
• Be the first point of contact for parent enquiries and inquiries.
• Support the Nursery Manager with admin and operational tasks.
• Maintain accurate records and database systems.
• Produce reports and ensure documentation is completed accurately and on time.
• Carry out general office duties and maintain an organised reception area.
• Help support the nursery in achieving occupancy targets.
