N Family Club in Guildford is seeking a Front of House Manager to lead day-to-day nursery operations, manage budgets and procurement, and champion exceptional parent and child experiences. You will coordinate with kitchen and cleaning teams, oversee rotas and safety, and drive community engagement.

The role emphasizes strong communication, leadership, and the ability to balance urgent tasks with a calm, proactive approach in a busy nursery setting.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of the nursery, welcoming parents and children each day.
• Keep the Parent Breakfast Bar well-stocked and presentable.
• Manage emails, schedule changes, and tour bookings to support families.
• Help new children settle in to feel safe, happy, and confident.
• Support kitchen and cleaning teams for smooth operations.
• Ensure the nursery is safe, clean, and well-maintained.
• Handle daily operations such as schedules, invoices, and supplies.
• Monitor occupancy, waiting lists, and notices to keep families informed.
• Assist with Family Club events and newsletters to engage parents.
