N Family Club is seeking a Front of House Manager for our East Sussex nursery. You’ll lead day‑to‑day front of house operations, supervise the kitchen and cleaning teams, and own rotas, budgets and procurement to keep the nursery running smoothly.

As the face of the nursery, you’ll welcome families, help new children settle, ensure safety and cleanliness, and support parent partnerships. This fixed‑term role includes a strong benefits package and clear development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Budgets and procurement management.
• Strong IT skills with daily Google Suite use.

Responsabilités

• Be the face of the nursery, welcoming parents and children each day.
• Ensure Parent Breakfast Bar is well-stocked and presentable.
• Manage emails, session changes, and tour bookings for families.
• Help new children settle in so they feel safe and confident.
• Support kitchen and cleaning teams for smooth operations.
• Ensure the nursery is safe, clean, and well-maintained.
• Handle schedules, invoices, and supplies for seamless operations.
• Monitor occupancy, waiting lists, and notices for families.
• Assist with Family Club events and newsletters to engage parents.
• Lead by example in care, safety, and teamwork.
