Job summary

Shaw healthcare is seeking a Residential Team Leader for Thorndale in Kettering. The role is a permanent 30-hour week with nights 20:00-08:00, overseeing person-centred care for older people including those living with dementia.

You will lead a team, administer medications, and ensure high care standards, communicating with residents, families and the Line Manager to maintain excellent records.

Qualifications

• Experience working with older people in residential care.
• NVQ/QCF Level 3 Health and Social care (or equivalent).
• Be flexible, patient, caring, organised and great with people.
• Ability to lead a team and use own initiative.

Shaw healthcare is looking for a passionate and caring Residential Team Leader who is ready to make a positive impact at Thorndale, situated in Kettering.

The purpose-built service provides residential and nursing care for older people with physical frailty, and for older people living with dementia.

Job Responsibilities

As a Residential Team Leader, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of person-centred care and supporting your team to uphold those standards in everything they do. This will include, but not limited to:

Qualifications and Experience:
