Job summary

Shaw Healthcare in Kettering (Thorndale) is seeking a Bank Residential Team Leader to support a compassionate, person-centred approach to care. You will lead shifts, mentor staff, and ensure high standards of service across the team, while maintaining safety and compliance with policies.

You will be responsible for supervising care delivery, coordinating with families, and ensuring accurate care plans and medication records are up to date.

Qualifications

• Experience working with older people in residential care.
• NVQ/QCF Level 3 Health and Social care (or equivalent).
• Flexible, patient, caring, organised and good with people.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, providing guidance and support on shift to promote best practice.
• Administer and record medication safely in line with Shaw policies and procedures.
• Report changes in residents needs or well-being promptly to the Line Manager.

Job Responsibilities
