Turning Point supports individuals across the country, and we are currently recruiting support workers for supported living locations across Cheltenham in Woodmancote and Hatherley.
You will be working at one of our supported living services in Cheltenham – GL51 or GL52. We offer 24-hour support to people with LD (learning disabilities) and Autism. The level of care required varies across our services. Some supported individuals have profound and multiple learning disabilities and complex health needs; others need assistance with daily activities, personal care, medication, mobility, and daily living tasks.
We endeavour to create positive family relationships and offer a good circle of support. Our focus is on supporting individuals' lives in a person-centred way, including activities such as shopping, managing budgets, and cooking. We tailor our services to enable people to be as independent as possible.
This is a nights role, working a range of shifts from 9:15 pm to 7:15 am.
Please note that this role involves working 3 out of 4 weekends and 2 weekdays during the week for one week.

Salary: £23,808 based on 37 hours (Pro Rota), £28,995 based on 45 hours, or £12.34 per hour.
