Job summary

Waitrose & Partners in Thame is seeking a Customer Delivery Driver to bring Waitrose products and Partner-led service to customers' doors. You’ll also help in-store with stock and housekeeping, while nights carry a £3.75 premium.

The role requires a full UK manual licence (B) with up to six points, strong customer service, and the ability to work independently. Part-time, weekend hours across Saturdays and Sundays are available.

Qualifications

• Valid UK manual driving licence (B-category) with up to 6 points.
• Proven customer service skills.
• Good time management abilities.
• Able to cope with physical tasks (lifting crates, moving cages).
• IT literate and comfortable with basic tech.
• Desirable: previous driving experience and knowledge of chilled vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Check daily delivery routes.
• Load and prepare the van for deliveries and deliver to customers.
• Complete vehicle safety checks and maintain road compliance.
• Represent Waitrose brand with excellent customer service.
• Assist customers with shopping and build rapport.
• Support shop team with general tasks when needed.
