Isle of Wight NHS Trust is seeking a part-time Supply Chain Coordinator to join the Procurement and Supply Department at St Mary's Hospital, Newport. The role supports wards and departments by stocking and delivering medical supplies, using the Inventory Management System and barcode technology.

The post is fixed to 30 hours per week with NHS Band 3 salary scales. Internal applicants only; location is St Mary's Hospital on the Isle of Wight.

Qualifications

• GCSE or equivalent including Maths and English.
• NVQ Level 3 or CIPS Foundation Level desirable.

Responsabilités

• Operate the Inventory Management System to process, track and replenish stock.
• Use an advanced Inventory Management System with barcode technology to order medical and surgical products.
• Pick, pack and deliver medical and surgical supplies to wards and departments.
• Maintain accurate stock records and assist with stock audits.
• Provide friendly, efficient customer service to clinical and non-clinical teams.
• Prioritise workload to meet deadlines and respond to urgent requests.
• Perform light manual handling and follow health and safety procedures.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of supply chain processes.
