Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust in Ellesmere Port is seeking a Part-time Band 3 Therapy Assistant to support occupational therapy and physiotherapy in community and outpatient settings.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team, delivering planned interventions and recording progress within an in-house system. Training and development are provided, with dedicated supervision and DBS considerations.

Qualifikationen

• NVQ III or relevant clinical experience.
• Training will be provided and development supported by the team.
• Experience in healthcare setting advantageous for a therapy assistant.

Aufgaben

• Assist in delivering therapeutic interventions under the direction of a registered therapist.
• Implement patient treatment plans written by registered therapists.
• Observe patients individually or in groups and report observations.
• Record interventions electronically using the in-house computer system.
• Attend clinical supervision and mandatory training.
• Participate in in-service and external training to keep skills current.
• Maintain confidentiality in line with Trust policy.
