Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly motivated Physiotherapist to join our Ellesmere Port and Neston Community Response Hubs, covering Cheshire West and Chester. Based in a community setting, you will join a large team delivering care to service users in their homes.
Applicants must have HCPC registration and have completed a broad range of placements as a student or at Band 5 within the NHS.

Applicants must have a HCPC registration and able to demonstrate they have successfully completed a broad range of placement across clinical areas as a student or at Band 5 grade within the NHS.
Good time management skills, organisational skills and an ability to work autonomously under pressure are essential requirements to this post.
