Job summary

Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a motivated Occupational Therapy Assistant Band 3 in Neurological Rehabilitation at the Oxford Centre for Enablement. Part-time 18.75 hours per week, based in Oxford, salary £25,760 - £27,476 pro-rata.

You will support administrative systems, assist with rehabilitation interventions for adults with stroke, head injuries and progressive neurological conditions under supervision, and help organise appointments, resources and equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience in an NHS or rehabilitation setting preferred.
• Good communication, administrative and organisational skills.
• Ability to work as part of a small team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with administrative systems to run outpatient OT Neurological Rehabilitation services.
• Organise patient appointments and treatment resource packs.
• Input departmental data and assist with HR/payroll changes.
• Provide holistic rehabilitation under supervision.
• Support patient-centred rehabilitation to maximise independence.
• Input data onto IT systems and manage equipment and stock.
• Communicate effectively with patients, carers and staff.
