Job summary

BorrowMyDoggy is seeking a hands-on Meta Ads Specialist to own our Meta account end to end. You’ll run campaigns, manage budgets, create ads from our in-house content, and use data to decide what to make next.

The role replaces our agency and offers a flexible, fractional setup with a collaborative in‑house marketing team. You’ll work in a creative analytics tool and Meta Ads Manager, with AI support, to optimise performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years running Meta Ads accounts hands-on for consumer/subscription business
• Has independently managed £20k+/month Meta spend including budgets and testing
• Portfolio of ads (static + short-form video)
• Proven ability to diagnose creative fatigue and iterate
• Data-aware with understanding of hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CPM, CPA and ROAS
• Clear written communication with concise reports for non-specialists

Responsibilities

• Run the Meta Ads account day-to-day: structure, audiences, budgets, pacing and bids
• Launch and test ads using Meta Ads Manager and bulk-launch tools
• Monitor performance and reallocate budget to winners
• Maintain Pixel and Conversions API health and flag issues
• Own monthly reporting and weekly headlines
• Turn content into ads (static and video)
• Edit/create ads (Canva/CapCut/Figma) and iterate quickly
• Build organic-to-paid pipeline and refresh creative monthly
• Use AI tools for analysis and ideation while respecting brand guidelines
