Job summary

BorrowMyDoggy is seeking a hands-on Meta Ads Specialist to own our Meta account end to end: running campaigns and budgets, turning content into ads, and using data to decide what to make next. This replaces our agency and is a part-time role (1–3 days per week), fully remote with a London office option.

Qualifications

• 3+ years running Meta Ads accounts hands-on.
• Independently managed £20k+/month in Meta spend.
• Portfolio of ads you’ve made (static and short-form video).
• Proven ability to diagnose creative fatigue and iterate.
• Data-aware with understanding of hook rate, CTR, CPM, CPA and ROAS.
• Clear written communication, including concise reports.

Responsibilities

• Run the Meta Ads account day-to-day: structure, audiences, budgets, pacing, bids.
• Launch and test ads quickly using Meta Ads Manager and bulk tools.
• Monitor performance and reallocate budget to top performers.
• Maintain healthy tracking (Pixel, Conversions API) and flag issues.
• Own channel reporting with monthly top insights and weekly headlines.
• Turn content into ads using existing photos, videos, and UGC.
• Edit ads with Canva, Figma, CapCut; iterate on hooks and formats.
• Build organic-to-paid pipeline by testing top organic posts.
• Refresh creative monthly; plan new hooks and formats.
