You will own Meta Ads campaigns, manage client accounts, and collaborate with creatives to align messaging with goals. A potential leadership path to Head of Paid Media awaits the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) management at scale.
• Proven lead generation track record in Renewable Energy, Home Services, Real Estate or B2B.
• Mastery of Meta Ads Manager, Advantage+ features and scaling tactics.
• Deep knowledge of conversion tracking, attribution settings and API integrations.
• Experience building high-converting landing pages and CRO-focused optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Meta Ads campaigns from setup to scaling.
• Monitor performance daily and adjust bidding, structure and audiences.
• Develop high-converting landing pages and lead funnels.
• Ensure accurate data with Pixel, CAPI, and UTM tracking.
• Lead client accounts and provide strategic performance reports.
