BorrowMyDoggy is seeking a hands-on Meta Ads Specialist to own our Meta account end to end: campaigns, budgets, creative and analytics. This part-time role is 1-3 days per week and fully remote, with a London office option.

You will turn our in-house and community content into static and short-form video ads, launch and monitor campaigns, test new creatives and report on performance with clear takeaways for the team.

Qualificações

• 3+ years running Meta Ads hands-on in consumer or online business.
• Independently managed £20k+/month Meta spend including structure and testing.
• Portfolio of self-made ads (static and short-form video).
• Diagnose creative fatigue and iterate or refresh as needed.
• Data-aware with clear metrics (hook rate, CTR, CPA, ROAS) and concise reporting.
• Clear written communication for non-specialists.

Responsabilidades

• Run the Meta Ads account day to day: structure, audiences, budgets, pacing and bids.
• Launch and test ads at pace using Meta Ads Manager and bulk-launch tools.
• Monitor performance daily and shift budget to top performers.
• Maintain healthy tracking data (Pixel, Conversions API) and flag issues.
• Own monthly report with top takeaways and provide weekly headlines.
