Responsibilities include opening/closing tasks, greeting members, cleaning, and supporting multiple departments as needed.

The role suits a customer-service driven team player who communicates well and thrives in a busy club environment. A full training program and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• A passion for customer service and helping members.
• Strong communication and collaboration within a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Emergency Response Qualification is desirable but not essential.

Responsabilités

• Support across the club to ensure members feel safe and have an excellent experience every day.
• Assist with opening and closing tasks, greet members, and support teams as needed.
• Carry out cleaning and other duties to maintain a welcoming environment.
