You will support across clubs with tasks like cleaning, opening/closing duties, and greeting members, working with teams to create a welcoming environment.

Ideal candidates bring a passion for customer service, teamwork, and strong communication in a fast-paced setting; Emergency Response qualification is a plus.

• Has an over all passion for customer service.
• A team player, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• An Emergency Response Qualification is desirable not but essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Support to ensure members feel safe and have an excellent experience every day.
• Assist with opening and closing tasks and general cleaning.
• Greet members and support teams across departments as needed.
