Job summary

Bedales School invites applications for a part-time Learning Support Teacher (Maths) at 0.6 FTE. You will support students with SEND, teach Mathematics and Study Skills, and contribute to an inclusive boarding community with initiative and teamwork.

The role requires an inspirational, qualified Maths SEND specialist capable of 1:1 and small-group sessions, developing learning strategies, and collaborating with staff, parents and external specialists.

Qualifications

• Inspirational Maths teacher with SEND expertise.
• Experience teaching Mathematics and Study Skills to diverse learners.
• Ability to develop and implement appropriate learning strategies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 Maths Learning Support sessions and small-group lessons.
• Observe lessons and devise classroom support strategies.
• Support 16+ and 13+ assessments and school open mornings.
• Contribute to staff training and inclusive school life.
