Job Description:

About Our Client

A well-known company in the Shepperton area.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Creation and sending out new and renewal contracts for gym maintenance, pool and spa maintenance, and inductions
  • Ensuring contracts are sent within the required time period
  • Ensuring all contracts are renewed before expiry date
  • Making sure the customer has provided a PO and/or signed the contract to enable invoicing
  • Invoicing all contracts
  • Maintaining up-to-date contact lists to ensure contracts are sent to the correct contacts, increasing the likelihood of receiving signed contracts
  • Once a contract is signed, informing maintenance/inductions teams to implement mobilisation and scheduling according to the contract
  • Liaising with Rolstone Langmead to follow up on new installations and contract implementation
  • Reviewing the contracts process regularly and proposing efficiency improvements
  • Keeping all documents updated and properly filed
  • Liaising with the maintenance coordinator manager to receive gym maintenance schedules
  • Booking gym maintenance visits with relevant sites
