Job summary

The Massage Company is seeking Massage Therapists in Ealing for a part-time role. You will perform 50- to 80-minute massage sessions, promote upgrades, and provide excellent service to our member base.

Qualifications

• Qualified to BTEC / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent (International qualifications welcome).
• Able to work a minimum of 12 hours per week.
• Able to work a variety of shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.
• Must be customer service oriented and able to communicate effectively with customers, front desk team and management.

Responsibilities

• Perform consecutive 50- to 80-minute massage sessions with regular breaks.
• Promote internal upgrades such as hot stones, scalp massage, aromatherapy, or foot treatment.
• Provide high-quality massage therapy to support member retention and satisfaction.
• Maintain professional and clean therapy rooms and common areas.
