Job summary

The Massage Company in Ealing is seeking a Membership Sales Advisor to drive membership sales in our centre and nationwide. You will engage customers face-to-face, schedule bookings, and promote upgrades to enhance the client experience.

You will work 30 hours per week, including mornings, evenings and weekends, with a commission and annual bonuses. A friendly, proactive approach and clear English communication are essential to deliver top-class service.

Qualifications

• Selling memberships through face-to-face discussions, calls and promotions.
• Create excellent experiences for members/guests through a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Communicate effectively to schedule appointments and advise on services.

Responsibilities

• Sell memberships via in-person conversations and follow-ups.
• Schedule appointments by phone, email, and in person.
• Advise clients on massage services to fit needs.
• Promote upgrades and add-ons (hot stones, scalp massage, aromatherapy).
• Assist with on-site and off-site promotional activity.
