Job summary

The Massage Company in Camberley, Surrey, is seeking a qualified Massage Therapist for flexible weekend work with potential to grow to full‑time. You’ll perform 50‑ to 80‑minute sessions, learn advanced techniques through our training programme, and contribute to a high‑quality, member‑centric experience.

Ideal candidates are qualified to BTEC/NVQ Level 3, proficient in Swedish/Deep Tissue/Sports Massage, and able to work a minimum of 16 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Must be qualified to BTEC / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent (International qualifications welcome).
• Knowledge of Swedish, or Deep Tissue, or Sports Massage techniques.
• Willingness to learn more advanced techniques from our TMC Certified training programme, which is designed to protect joints and extend your career.
• Must be customer service oriented and able to communicate effectively with customers, front desk team and management.
• Able to work a minimum of 16 hours per week.
• Understand and believe in the physical and lifestyle benefits of high-quality massage that fits our customers’ lives.
• Perform consecutive 50- to 80-minute quality massage therapy sessions (regular breaks are mandatory).
• Promote our internal upgrades of hot stones, scalp massage, aromatherapy or ‘fantastic foot treatment’.
• Conduct specific massage sessions based on customer’s needs.
• Promote health and wellness benefits to customers receiving massage therapy regularly.
• Create excellent experiences for members/guests through a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Provide excellent massage therapy to support retention of TMC Members, who pay for a monthly membership.
• Maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.
• Must be eligible to work in the UK.
• Must be able to communicate in English professionally with clients

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.
• Deliver friendly, professional service and communicate with clients and front desk staff.
