Job Description

My client is a leading B2B marketing agency operating in the food & drink industry.

As a Marketing Account Executive, you'll be responsible for managing a key retained client account daily, supporting the wider Client Services team with project management to ensure all work is delivered on brand, on brief, and on time.

This role is part-time (24 hours/week) - ideally 4-5 hours per day, Monday to Friday.

Work location: 1-2 days in the Surrey HQ.

Contract: Initially a 6-month FTC with potential to go permanent.

Salary: Up to £28k (pro-rata p/t salary approx £17,500).

Start date: ASAP.

The Role
  • Project-manage client jobs and projects to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Plan and coordinate studio workflow, manage resource allocation and job scheduling.
  • Support the delivery and execution of all client briefs on time and in full.
  • Provide and prepare internal and client timelines, status updates, and data reports.
  • Participate in weekly client calls to support studio planning and job updates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and third parties.
  • Assist the Client Services team with ad-hoc administrative tasks.
The Person
  • Ideally 6-12 months experience in a similar Marketing, Account Executive, or Project Management role or placement.
  • Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets for planning and tracking.
  • Able to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Strong team player with good relationship-building skills.
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities with attention to detail at pace.
  • Problem-solving mindset.
  • Positive attitude and proactive approach.
