Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance and related trades.
• Ability to work with electrical/mechanical systems.
• Good communication and customer care during resident interactions.

Responsibilities

• Carry out audits and keep records up to date.
• Replace taps or mixer valves and fit extractor fans.
• Repair timber on windows and wallpaper in dining areas.
• Communicate with residents and colleagues with kindness and respect.
• Adhere to safeguarding training and report concerns as required.
