Beaverbrook Repairs & Maintenance is seeking a competent Maintenance Engineer to join our small, yet growing team. You will work on weekends and be available on-call, taking ownership of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, basic carpentry and general handyman tasks.

You will ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed and keep all work areas clean and tidy. You will actively learn new areas such as Pool Plant, Fire Alarm Systems and Building Management Systems, while collaborating with internal

• Hands-on, practical maintenance experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn Pool Plant, Fire Alarm Systems and building management systems.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical, electrical, plumbing and minor carpentry tasks.
• Ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed in all areas.
• Keep workshops and plantrooms clean and organized.
• Assist external trades as needed to complete works.
