Job summary

Beaverbrook Repairs & Maintenance is seeking a competent Maintenance Engineer to join our small, growing team in Leatherhead. This hands-on role covers mechanical, electrical, plumbing and general maintenance with on-call weekend duties.

You will ensure safe practice and tidy workshops, and support external trades as needed. You will be open to learning new areas such as Pool Plant, Fire Alarm Systems, Building Management Systems and Flexkeeping, and you will communicate effectively with

Team-oriented and hands-on maintenance mindset.
Ability to communicate clearly with colleagues and guests.
Interest in learning Pool Plant, Fire Alarm Systems, BMS and Flexkeeping.

Responsibilities

Carry out building maintenance including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and general handyman tasks.
Ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed and areas kept tidy.
Assist external trades to complete works and be on-call as required.
