Longchamp is seeking a part-time Sales Associate (30 hours) to join its luxury boutique team. The role focuses on delivering a personalized shopping experience, guiding clients with product knowledge, and supporting daily boutique operations.

You will contribute to achieving sales targets, engage in clienteling activities, and ensure premium service standards while maintaining brand presentation and stock accuracy. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, preferably luxury or premium.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• POS system knowledge and basic MS Office familiarity.
• Fluent in English (additional languages preferred).

• Welcoming and advising customers: provide a warm, personalized welcome and guide clients through tailored recommendations.
• Contributing to sales: participate in selling products in line with store objectives.
• Building long-term client relationships: develop and maintain client relationships through excellent service and follow-up.
• Managing returns and exchanges: handle customer requests for returns or exchanges per internal policies.
