Job summary

Longchamp in Fenwick is seeking a Sales Assistant to join the boutique team on a full-time and a part-time basis. You will deliver a luxurious, personalised shopping experience, combining product knowledge with genuine service to build client relationships.

As front-line ambassadors of the brand, you will greet customers, advise on products, process transactions, manage returns, and help maintain impeccable visual presentation in line with Longchamp’s standards and clienteling goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, preferably luxury or premium.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• POS system knowledge and basic MS Office familiarity.
• Fluent in English; additional languages preferred.
• Passion for fashion, customer service, and luxury brands.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming and advising customers: provide a warm, personalised welcome and guide clients through tailored recommendations.
• Contributing to sales: take an active part in selling products in line with the company1s sales techniques and store objectives.
• Building long-term relationships with clients: develop and maintain client relationships through excellent service and personalised follow-up.
• Managing returns and exchanges: deal with customer requests for product returns or exchanges, in line with internal policies.
