The Old Parsonage Hotel in Oxford, part of The Oxford Collection, is seeking a part-time Hotel Receptionist to join our luxury team. You will welcome guests, provide information on hotel facilities and local recommendations, and deliver an expert check-in and check-out experience with accurate billing.

This role requires composure under pressure, strong English communication, good IT literacy, and a willingness to learn.

Formación

• Welcoming guests in person or by phone with a professional manner.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken; good IT literacy.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome guests in a friendly and accommodating manner, by telephone or in person.
• Provide information on hotel facilities, our sister properties, and local services.
• Deliver expert check-in/check-out with correct rates and proper billing.
• Provide informative tours of the hotel, restaurant, and private dining.
• Assist guests with luggage; note there is no lift (stairs required).
