La Prairie Group AG is seeking a Beauty Consultant for Selfridges Birmingham. The role is permanent part-time, 30 hours across 4 days, delivering personalised luxury skincare service and building relationships with clients.

You will showcase product knowledge, drive sales, and represent the brand's heritage in-store, collaborating with Personal Shoppers and other partners to create exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Make informed business decisions aligned with brand values and ambitions.
• Achieve sales objectives through client retention and acquisition, focusing on High Net Worth Individuals and VIPs.
• Cultivate strong business relationships across the store with Personal Shoppers, Concierges, and partners.
• Ensure retail excellence, maintain housekeeping and POS standards at all times.
• Create deep client connections, understanding needs to build trust and loyalty.
• Proactively tailor product recommendations to provide a personalised 1:1 luxury experience.
• Engage clients through La Prairie’s clienteling tools and systems.
• Demonstrate product knowledge, conveying brand heritage and skincare benefits.
• Deliver exceptional service by guiding product application at counter and in cabins.
• Utilise treatment room to provide bespoke facials and skincare treatments.
