La Prairie Beauty Consultant at John Lewis Oxford Street is a part-time, permanent role serving high-end clients with personalised luxury skincare services. You will build lasting relationships, drive sales, and represent the brand with elegance both at the counter and in the treatment room.

You will work three days per week, leveraging clienteling tools, product knowledge, and a premium service approach to exceed client expectations and support store partnerships.

Qualificações

• Experience in luxury retail with proven sales results.
• Passion for beauty and skincare with luxury service mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and client-centric approach.
• Strong business acumen and ability to drive sales.
• Ability to network within the store to create new business.
• Collaborative team player in a diverse, high-performing team.
• NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (desirable).

Responsabilidades

• Build meaningful, long-lasting relationships with discerning clients.
• Achieve sales objectives through client retention and new client acquisition.
• Deliver personalised luxury skincare service at the counter and in the treatment room.
• Utilise clienteling tools to nurture relationships and drive loyalty.
• Provide bespoke facials and skincare treatments as part of the client experience.
• Maintain impeccable housekeeping and point-of-sale standards.
• Collaborate with Personal Shoppers and store partners.
