You will drive sales through high-touch clienteling, introduce tailored products, and collaborate with personal shoppers to create curated experiences.

• Cultivate strong business relationships across the store with Personal Shoppers, Concierges, and key partners.
• Maintain impeccable housekeeping and point-of-sale standards at all times.
• Create deep client connections and build trust and loyalty.
• Proactively introduce and recommend tailored products for a personalised 1:1 luxury experience.
• Engage client relationships through La Prairie clienteling tools and systems.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and communicate the brand’s heritage and skincare benefits.
• Deliver exceptional service by guiding product application at counter and in the cabin.
• Utilise the treatment room to provide bespoke facial and skincare treatments.
