Job summary

Sea Containers London on London's South Bank is opening Gordon Ramsay at Sea Containers this autumn. We’re seeking a Part Time Bartender to join the team and deliver exceptional guest experiences with attentive, professional service.

As a Bartender you will maintain product knowledge, support bar backs and floor staff, follow opening/closing procedures, and uphold health, safety, and payment procedures (including Micros). Salary: £12.71 p/h + service charge, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Deliver friendly, professional service and maintain strong communication with managers and team members.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and ensure high-quality beverage service.
• Follow opening/closing procedures and ensure tasks are completed to company standards.
• Uphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards; report hazards promptly.
• Handle equipment properly and minimise breakages.
• Adhere to company policies, legal requirements, and payment procedures (including Micros).
• Maintain professionalism (punctuality, uniform standards, training attendance).
• Report customer feedback/complaints and carry out reasonable management requests.

Responsibilities

• Handle equipment properly and minimise breakages.
• Adhere to company policies, legal requirements, and payment procedures (including Micros).
